Step one
Tell us about your day
You know more about your wedding than any search filter can capture. You know the feeling you want — the light, the tone, the pace of the evening. You know whether you want something intimate and candlelit or expansive and celebratory.
Our vision form asks for location, date, and budget — but also for the aesthetic details that actually determine fit. The vendors who photograph garden estates differently than ballrooms. The florists who work seasonally. The planners who specialise in small ceremonies.

Step two
We review by hand
Every vendor on Vera Monet has been reviewed by our editorial team before appearing on the platform. We look at their portfolio, read their process, and understand the kind of couple they work best with.
When your vision comes in, we match it against our curated roster — not algorithmically, but editorially. We ask: whose work actually answers this vision? Whose aesthetic, process, and availability aligns with what this couple is describing?
We select a maximum of three vendors per category. Never a mass broadcast.
Step three
Receive considered matches
You receive a small number of vendor profiles — selected because they fit, not because they paid for placement. Each profile includes portfolio images, a description of their process, pricing information, and availability.
Browse at your own pace. There is no inbox full of vendor replies waiting for you. No pressure. You choose who to contact, if anyone, and when.
Your information is shared with vendors only after you initiate contact.
Step four
Connect directly
When you find someone whose work speaks to you, send them a message through Vera Monet. The conversation is threaded — you can reply by email from any device and the vendor receives it directly in their dashboard.
From here the relationship is yours. We made the introduction. You take it from there.

Is Vera Monet free for couples?
Yes. Browsing vendor profiles, submitting your vision, and receiving matches is completely free. There are no subscription fees, no booking commissions, and no percentage taken from your vendor contracts. Vendors pay a small fee to unlock introductions — you never do.
How do you decide which vendors to list?
We review every vendor personally before they appear on Vera Monet. We look at portfolio quality, aesthetic range, client process, and whether their work is the kind we would recommend to someone we know. We are not accepting everyone — we are looking for the work we cannot stop thinking about.
What if none of my matches feel right?
Tell us. We review every vision request and if your initial matches are not landing, we can look again. The curation is human — which means it can be adjusted. Send a note to hello@veramonet.com and someone from our editorial team will respond personally.
Which markets do you serve?
We currently curate vendors in Charleston SC, Savannah GA, Hudson Valley NY, Napa CA, Asheville NC, Charlotte NC, and Palm Beach FL. We are expanding thoughtfully — adding markets only when we have a vendor roster we are genuinely proud of, not to fill a map.
Can I use Vera Monet for just one vendor category?
Absolutely. Some couples come to us needing a photographer specifically. Others are looking across every category. You can submit a request for a single category, several, or all of them — and receive curated matches for each independently.
I am a wedding professional. How do I join?
Visit our vendor page and express your interest. We review every submission and will be in touch within 48 hours if your work is a fit for the founding group. The first introduction we send you is complimentary — you will see the quality of the inquiry before making any commitment.
