Full-Service Planning is a white-glove, start-to-finish experience covering vendor selection, detailed design direction, and complete execution from the moment the contract is signed. Pricing begins at $7,000 and scales to 10% of the total wedding budget. Full-service clients work with Heatherly's floral team as part of the engagement.

Partial Planning is designed for couples who are confident in their vision but want experienced guidance along the way, with coordination support in the final stretch. Investment begins at $3,600.

Wedding Coordination is built for the couple who has done the planning and simply needs a seasoned professional to put it all into motion. Timeline finalization, vendor management, setup and breakdown, and all the details that can unravel without the right person holding them together. Coordination begins at $2,295, with savings available when combined with floral services.
