Amy's background is genuinely unusual in this field. Before launching White Rose Co., she spent years working aboard mega yachts and on private estates in the Hamptons, planning celebrations for exceptionally discerning clients who expected perfection without ever having to ask for it. She holds an MBA and studied wine and fine hospitality, both of which shaped her belief that the best events are the ones where guests feel completely at ease without knowing why. That standard, and that calm, are what she brings to every wedding.

The team around her reflects the same sensibility. Kat Hands, originally from New York, brings a background in luxury publishing and marketing alongside a natural talent for translating a couple's vision into something tangible and memorable. Lead Coordinator Emilie Erickson, a Charlotte native with roots in nonprofit work and wedding planning experience dating back to 2018, is known for her grounded presence and meticulous attention to detail.
